Legal Services
Our team of culturally competent lawyers provide legal advice and representation in court and are well trained in assisting clients through these difficult and sensitive legal issues.
Justice in remote NT
We have legal responsibility in Australia that everyone, no matter how remotely they live should have access to the court system.
Travel is a major barrier to accessing courts for many people who live remotely in the NT and our lawyers work with the bush courts system to overcome this barrier.
Bush courts work on a circuit which takes legal teams to remote communities throughout the NT. It’s common for our teams to work within makeshift court rooms when working outside of the bigger towns and centres.
