Court Support

If clients need to give evidence in court regarding domestic, family and sexual violence, NAAFLS can provide support.

Our legal team can:

  • Give legal advice before going to Court about the client’s rights and obligations for giving evidence
  • Give advice about the Court process

Family Law

NAAFLS can help with legal issues relating to a family separating and needing to decide what is best for the children.

Domestic Violence

Our lawyers are experienced in domestic violence matters. We can provide advice and court representation in applying for, or changing, a Domestic Violence Order.

We can help parents and grandparents when the Department of Children and Families (DCF / Territory Families / welfare) are involved with a family because they have worries for the children.
